CORTEAM: Innovation and change in territoiries
CORTEAM is a consultancy firm in Strategy and Management, specializing in coaching and management assistance to SMEs, industries and local authorities that wish to lead, anticipate or cope with economic, technological and social mutations.
CORTEAM aims to provide a comprehensive response on five areas of intervention:
- Strategy area: Business Development and optimization of strategic processes, creation of value and performance, identification of growth drivers.
- Start-Up area: Setting up of a new business, Business Modelling, coaching in the stages of raising funds or IPO / LBO and facilitation of spin-offs phenomenon.
- Innovation area: Innovation and conduct of the changes caused by the Information and Knowledge Society, mastery of new technologies.
- Europe area: Diagnosis, assembling and coordinating collaborative projects financed by public funding (European Commission, DGE, ANR, AII, Competitiveness Clusters, OSEO…).
- Economic Development area: Coaching communities in all operations of land settlement or structuring project conducting in management assistance (territorial intelligence, quality management, animation of steering committees, guiding outlines...).These areas are organized into two offers: local authorities and businesses.
Located in Alsace on the ADEC site for over 10 years, CORTEAM operates in Europe and internationally in the fields of Health (e-health, medical technology, biotechnology ...), ICT (networks, systems and information technologies ...), environment and new energy sources (green chemistry, biomass, energy efficiency ...). It is a network of senior consultants, whose philosophy is fixed commitment for result and is in facts strongly recognized for his advice activities to customers.
The structure lists its actions in a vision of sustainable development closely linking people, organizations and territories.
